Staffing Fees
For every 1-10 guests: 1 x wait staff required.
11-20pax - 2 x wait staff
21-36pax - 3 x wait staff
For formal meal: 1 chef required – and this is INCLUDED in the menu price
Catering Delivery Fee: $50 delivery fee for all catered food
Bump In / Bump Out: If more than 1hr Bump in or out is required a charge of $250 will be applied
Preferred wharves only on availability through Wharf Booking System at $50 per stop
Doltone House, King Street Wharf, Campbell’s Cove Jetty, Mosman Bay Wharf, Neutral Bay Wharf, Rose Bay Wharf, Watsons Bay Wharf, Woolloomooloo Wharf (depending on tide), Greenwich, Northwood

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
ELEMENT has a strict “no shoes policy”.
The yacht is run as a family friendly charter option, we also welcome corporate clients.
Please note due to strict liquor license regulations we cannot consider any “bucks/hens” charters involving adult entertainment, nudity or dance party events.
No BYO on public holidays, must be fully catered with a beverage package
No charter will be allowed to be boarded with alcohol.
For charters with 15pax or more, BYO provisions are to be collectively shared, not on individual tabs.
Any left-over alcohol from BYO charters cannot be taken off the boat when guests leave. It must be picked up the following day due to liquor licence rules. If not picked up within 24 hours, it will be deemed unwanted and removed from the vessel.
